In the season of my womanhood
there's a trace of sovereignty;
My universal anthem states:
"I am chartered, zoned and free!"
A Motherland of dignity
Unilaterally by birth;
My country's led autonomously
to honor my self-worth.
There in winter's aristocracy,
her emblematic banners wave;
Unhooked my breasts from bondage,
I am woman, not a slave.
As Summer comes to womanhood
one rib the cage we bore;
No more to shelve me, sell me, whore me
I am solid seasoned wood.
From the Springtime womb of womanhood
to the shores of liberty;
Sacred ground reclaims its motherland
Impenetrable, proud, free.
Eternal seed of womanhood
Unique among all form;
Fall's shadow casts a giant
As mother-love is born.
In the Seasons of my Womanhood
On my lands reign sovereignty;
I proclaim it Universally
"I am chartered, zoned and free!"

You bring happy tears to my eyes. You hold special sovereignity on this Earth which we all do but it develops in others through life and choices. You are beautiful. I love your poetry.

I Like It!!
This surely fits in with what I asked for. It’s not light weight but it’s not heavy. No death except to slavery. I suspect you will do well in my contest.
