The Incredible Story of the Famous
Sanci Diamond:

Now my friends the tale I’m about to tell you is full of mystery, murder, French Royalty, the works.
At one time my friends, they were even a part of The
Crown Jewels of France worn by Marie Antoinette,
please hid those smirks.
But it’s a true story the one I’m going to tell you right
now.
The King wanted to give his new young bride the best
He just didn’t know how.
It was given to Marie Antoinette who as we all know was the wife of King Louis the 16 as a wedding gift, but
they were stolen in 1792 the early days of The French Revolution, they disappeared and are known today as
The Hope Diamond.
The King was so pleased when he saw Marie wearing those sparkling diamonds he ordered a National Holiday,
I think he was worried that he spent to much on The
Sanci Diamond, for the people were already upset with
His spending habits, the people were not too fond.
At King Louis’ funeral, which was to be the last royal funeral in France.
The last French Coronation occurred in 1824 when Charles was crowned at Reams, was the last time we see those famous Sanci diamonds in one piece, so
People would know it was a stone from the famous
Sanci Diamond.
The monarchy as you know was overthrown by the
Revolution

And folks this is a true story. There really was a Sanci Diamond ! But where it is today is still a mystery. I hope you all enjoy my poem.
