My body moves, and my mind is free.
The lyrics are in my bones, in my ribs-
life without music would be unlivable.
Little child smiling, chasing bubbles-
her hair blonde, falling behind her-
child hood dreams, and laughing bells-
music for my soul, my soul.
He holds me and we sing sweetly,
lyrics of I love you, and I need you-
I want you near me, in me- all of you.
Sweet gasps, low moans- a symphony,
the music of the rush.
Bodies twist and thrive,
the beat is their simple deliverance.
Reverberating through the cavern,
they fall weeping to the sound,
the sound, the sound, the sound-
the universe is in them,
they are everything.
Without music, we would be empty shells.
Even the deaf hear through their fingers.
Music is life, depth- truth.
Without music, life would be empty.
No street guitarists,
no street dancers.
No serenades by four man bands,
no music to drift on the beach to,
no so-soft music to gently kiss.
Without music, life would be,
life would be, life would be-
without meaning.
Without music,
life would be,
a mistake.
Author notes
Without music, life would be a big mistake.

now i get your drift of a write...

without music, there isn't joy
the progression towards the ending, could sound as if it's fading away... sleek
