Smoke Room

Being a concerned parent, I am the PTA
lingering doubts of what to say,
walking in with umbrella thoughts,
the speaker spoke the smoker talk,

I jumped up, my skirt fell down
not caring I spoke for a smoke room,
then a man escorted me out
and women tugged at my skirt,

in embarrassment I rushed home
never to return to that stupid PTA

    Could have happened to me...

LOL... a very funny and tragic poem, actually, depending on how you look at it. Yes, I would never have returned either! And maybe would have worn a disguise in public. HAHAHAHAH!! Oh jeez, the things that happen to us and I am so glad for this funny poem!
