You weave your intricate lies
In such a way, that they behave
In a manner similar to truth.
You are so persuasive, I am sure
That you have even convinced
Yourself of your falsehoods.
You gladly tight rope walk
The blurred line between
What's wrong and right.
But you are criminally oblivious
To all the consequences of what you say.
You just lay back and sip your placid wine
Content in all your gray ambiguity.

A well thought-out representation of how a liar appears to those to whom he lies.
Well done.

Love the metaphor and description you've put into this piece. Perhaps line beginnings could begin with lowercase, to keep the flow going within sentences. Two or three stanzas might work better also.
Thanks for entering.

But you are criminally oblivious
To all the consequences of what you say.
How many times have I felt that to be truth, but...thats just how many people are, what can we do?
