Blacks and reds,
Florescent against landscape,
Ever changing gothic romance,
Genius and inward beauty,
Fall victim to their bastardized opposites,
Both try for their lover's heart,
Only one is bound to win,
The other must live alone,
Never to feel the love denied,
Liquid roses fall,
Congealed to the floor,
As one attempts with all might,
To bring his love her dreams,
Acting not of good or evil,
But the love he feels guides him.
He askith only for one thing,
To be loved,
Taken from his world of torment and death,
Accepted for his soul,
Not condemned for his physiological differences,
Tortured since birth,
Hidden from the world,
He loses his love,
For she chooses looks over love.

I very much like the emotions rising through out this poem...
Being rejected for bad looks!
An excellent attempt!
