Hear the soft crash of the waves,
Seagulls dipping in the water so brave.
Feel the sand between your toes,
let the sun flush out all your woes.
Feel the water as it rushes to shore,
let go and feel as you never have before.
Breath in the salty air,
of only these things be aware.
Look across the water see the sky,
pretty shades of blues in your minds eye.
Feel the breeze blowing through palm trees,
let these feelings bring you nothing but ease.
Know at any time any where,
in your mind this place you can declare.
Let this be your place of escape,
when your feeling all life's scrapes.
