East of the sun
under light of moon
they travel together
searching a world in tune.
This voyage of faith
lit by Luna's path
in unison to escape
Ra's red hot wrath.
Past tree of faith
the trek seems long
but a place of peace
is where they belong.
Riding the back
of powerful beast
with bearing of strength
he will find her release.
The moon her mantle,
bear her protector
to find the purity
of a new world's spectre.
Her trust unflinching
clasping life's morality
with virtuous heart
she will find sincere reality.

Beautiful, just beautiful. You use such unique phrasing
to describe faith in this piece making it one interesting read.
I have been searching for pieces this morning to lift me up and this
one certainly has done just that.
Congratulations on that Honorable Mention although I think it probably should have faired higher. ( of course that is only my opinion)
