Without you here,

I'm falling completely apart.
To feel so used,
To be so hurt,
To hold so much anger inside.
Learnt to hate you so much,
You left me here,
You broke my heart apart.
That is why i am crying inside right now.

...yeah, that's confusing. He'd better have given you a reason for the breakup, cos if not, that's just cold.
As for the poem, heh, it's bland and cliched, but I like how heartfelt it was. I could hear your sorrow in it.
I don't really like the last line; it reads like a hasty conclusion, like the type you'd write in a bullshitted history paper. No offense.
