Puzzle

She is a puzzle, for her life is full
of complication and challenge.
Every piece is vital and interlocking.
Every piece contains a small part of a her.
When complete, she produces meaning.
She produces a masterpiece.

Although each piece may have
its colorful yet harsh ridges,
which may feel or be out of place,
it is each piece that makes her whole.
In the absence of one piece in particular,
and regardless of the time and effort spent,
she is merely an unfinished puzzle.
