Fragile (Rictameter)

Fragile
This heart of mine
Lost, Broken, Hurt, and Maimed
Doomed henceforth to relive the pain
Of the acidic words inflicted there
Shards of emotion that cut out
The pain you caused my soul
Forever more
Fragile

Author notes

This was the pic I used for my prompt. I also did my poem in Rictamer form, since it was suggested by a dear friend that I enter that way.

    very good

    i like it
shows the sensitivity of emotional abuse
a cruel, callous conniver with negative comments
