Relinquish your rose in mind, heart, and name;
And with it your body your soul, and your shame.
With thus you're redeemed from this life of pain;
But the price to be payed is ne'er walking again.
A lesson thus taught, but ne'er truly learned;
In hope of respect that has ne'er been earned.
With Balance maintaining and life going on;
With sirens of old still singing their song;
We turn to the lesson thus taught through the ages
Of love, faith, and hope by kindly, old sages.
Forgotten in name and body and heart -
The things we've relinquished from the very first start.
Along with your mind, your shame, and your soul,
The consiquence stays: "You will never be whole."
