Collected thoughts,
Conflicting and contorting.
Feelings and fears
Wants, needs and desires.
Addictions, sex voices never sleep.
Self harm, pain and destruction,
The cycle repats.
My thoughts, my actions,
My torture, my pleasure.
Not like most,
Writting gets me some how.
Just blot the pain on paper,
And sink it with this ink.
I keep fighting, keep walking, keep running,
See hope but it's still so far.
I know I'm not alone,
Not the only one,
Yet I feel so caniving,
Like such a little tramp.
I know I should, but can't love myself.
Well that's a little window,
Into my tortured soul.
Don't ask me to explain,
Cuz I dont even know.

Now this is one helluva awesome poem and I really loved the intricately penned style and poem here. what really drew me in was the title then after reading your wording was just there and its just superb. The lines between the four line stanza's are the parts that make this poem great. Amazing write, I can relate to it all, and I'm like you, I don't know how to explain it. It feels like you just get lost within it, within yourself and your ways... But writing helps, otherwise you wouldn't have written about this.
A few spelling errors, but nothing too major.
