The great divide
That separates you and me

Of a body from its soul

We met on the Internet
And fell so madly in love

The tapestry of you and I
Began to unfold
A little over four months
Has passed us by
And in this marriage made in heaven
Happily I would die

For a better mate

From across the lands

Giving me a new life

Better then a breath of fresh air
Better then tenderest kiss
Wrapped in your arms

True story about my husband and I and how we met, across the pacific ocean by internet.

Just a side note.. May 7th yes A week from today!(4/30/08) Is our first year anniversary!
I've entered this piece because, I believe it shows the Odds CAN and WILL be beaten if they so wish it. My husband is Australian, we met on the internet, and fell madly in love. We then met in person and fell even deeper. He proposed within 3 weeks of visiting me here in the US. So yes the odds can be beaten if you both have the will to do so!

wonderful words and harmony
this is a wonderful story almost like a fairytale how you and your spouse met over the internet , i love the beautiful harmony and grace you have captured by your love , like a love from far away across the sea from land to land and hand in hand , this is quite a beautiful and unforgetable write and i will probably remember it for a long time
