Autumn

Now, Fall,
filling Springtime's promise,
harvests
Summer's favours
from its fields and orchards
for cold Winter's comfort.

You have managed to make Autumn the Master of the Months and she orchestrates the whole year - never thought of of like that before, thanks.

I thought it clever that you were able to describe a whole year's activity in one sentence. Often at work, I have felt like Autumn; bringing into fruition other's ideas/promises, and the fruits of my labour, then, enjoyed by someone else and not me.
