English Version:

Orchestrated Orchard

Row upon row of ripening rounds
relinquish and roll revelations
of sweetest and sensual savored smell
arousing the greatest sensations.

Planted and plucked with plumed precise
poured over the poorest of paupers,
the tastiest tidbits of natures sweet
reserved for the richest of shoppers.

Named and nurtured to nourishing nest
narrowly netting one's pleasures
as cream of the crop do indeed tend to shop
for orchestrated orchard treasures.

Author notes

I used an on-line translator and don't really know how close the translation is. I can only hope. If anyone can clarify the French for me, please please do.

    very clever...

...congratulations on the trophy, but better still, congratulations on a terrific poem. I notice that both languages have the alliteration, which is good...I thought it might get lost in translation. You have done a lot of work here.

    Great border.
