Mid-Autumn begins
The moon cakes come pouring out
Melting in your mouth
The Moon Godess shines
raining immortality
upon her subjects
Grandma tells her tale
filling my mind with culture
of today and past

I can't quite recall where, but it was only recently I came to read an internet article of the mid-autumn festival. You've gathered some lovely images of moon and joy and even sentimentality of the festival by this haiku-chain.
Lovely writing, Muse, and thank you for this entry to the contest!
Jo
