Come, and dance with me
Come, and dance with me
Dance with me beneath the pale moon's glow.
Leave me breathless
as we run along the ocean's sandy edge,
as we dance along under the starry heavens.
Come, and dance with me beside the crystal waters
dance beside me in the cool grass,
as we wait to hear the breeze blow through our hair
as we dance along beneath the inky sky.
Come, and dance with me among the blowing trees
dance in and out of view between the growing shadows,
as we play along to the music only we can hear,
as we dance beneath the the canopy of life.
Come, and dance with me for all the world to see,
dance like only you and I understand,
as we sway and frolic, only you and me.
Come, come and dance with me.

Some good imagery here. A little top heavy with the word "dance." The use of synonyms would be good. It has some great potential. Thanks for the entry and happy trails

Very beautiful and seductive in a way that makes the reader want to go dance and frolic. Though for my purposes I prefer to dance under the moon or in the rain at night.
I love the imagery and the soothing qualities of it. The flow is almost lyrical. Beautiful. Loved it.

Nice,
Sounds like a lyrical love piece to me, and it rings with beauty. Thanks for sharing you here, and please keep on shining on! Peace, Timothy
