We walked alone in the forest;
They called it a forest of no return.
We wondered why but we did not ask;
We heard the wind howling that night.
The wind gave us chills up our spines;
I looked at her and she looked at me.
I took her hand and she took mine;
We continued to walk on and on.
We heard stories of a man whom died;
They say he committed suicide.
They say he died because he loved;
They say his love did die for him.
But why and when we do not know;
All we know is where and where is here.
And so we venture on and on;
But where, oh where, has my little dead man gone?
We do not know, and so we walk (on and on);
Continuing to travel amongst the gravel.
We finally come to a path and we find;
A man whom is dead and shouts:
"Yippity dippity," forevermore;
For you see-he is dead.
And as we all know, he is lonely forever;
Until the end of time-"Yippity dippity".

I suggest not asking.

This was really weird...but I like weird, so that's a good thing, if you write it well. Which you happened to do, too.
Good luck in my contest! -
