The word slips off the tongue
oozing over the mind
painting an image of lean,
yet sensuous.
Elevating the lust caricatures
of testosterone committees
about matchless femininity,
placing their definition of paragon
in a skeletons with skin
upon a pedestal,
leaves shadows stretching
across the faces
whose real goddess
resides within,
having a true beauty
not measured in inches.
We will ever learn
that body fat and what qualities
make a person truly attractive
are not the same?
Size of one's heart ability to love
is more important
than the width of one's form.
