Dearest Father in Heaven,
One of your beautiful, sweet children is missing.
Her parents wear brave faces of hope each day,
hoping this is the day Maddy will be found alive and well.
But she was not found today.
Their vigil continues another starless night.
Please Lord, guide those that search so diligently for Maddy.
You are mighty Lord, holy and merciful.
Please comfort Maddy's parents and loved ones as they wait,
Stir the dying embers of hope into a flame once more.
Give them strength and peace,
and your divine slumber at night.
WE love you Lord. Please touch this broken family
with your hand of grace.
Deliver us from evil, Father
and please deliver a healthy Maddy
into the arms of her hopeful parents.
In your precious and risen Son's Jesus name we pray.
