solace was reached
through the thin moonlight air;
gems of the night
made us all cease to care.
once the stone had set in
we would all start to shine;
the rock kissed the moon
and the night would be mine.
our worries diminished
then faded away;
desire met hatred
and fear seized the day.
a night in white heaven
my hopes and dreams sink;
struck a deal with the devil
and finished my drink.

the rhyme is not bad ... flows well, and dances across the tongue ... although my time for such a dance is in the morning, this painted a flowing picture of thoughts many of us could relate ... nicely done, i was impressed the rhyme worked well (not many can do that) ... *cheers*
