A needle in his arm,
is all it takes.
Reaching for that euphoric,
drug induced state.
But this time its harder,
than ever before.
Not enough meth,
he's gotta have more.
Too many drugs
are never enough.
He starts feelin' queasy,
gotta be tough.
The vomiting starts,
his vision goes black.
He knows this is the end,
his body goes slack.
In the hospital bed,
he lies comatose.
Mentally dead
from drug overdose.

This is pretty strong poetry. But you portray reality to the T. That's how it will happen most of the time. Straight to the point. I could not have said it better. Great job!
