You've always been my teacher,
my mentor to life,
you've watched me grow,
and you created who I am.
Without even knowing,
you've changed my meaning of forever,
my way of living,
and my outlook on trust.
My safe haven,
is now with you,
for I know who you are,
and it's always been true.
The love in your eyes,
will never fade,
as many have before you,
and this I'll always know.
I trust in you,

I trust in your integrity,
