Dragons breath, fair
lashed the land,
as cities crashed
and songs were banned,
where little people
fled at night so frightened
were they of the sight,
of knights in armour
seated proud,
where rich and poor
made up the crowd...
with swords drawn back
and helmets down
they slew with ease
this dragon's town;
A vengeful beast rose
from his lair,
with fork-ed tail
and leather hair...
his nostrils flaired
he sniffed the air
and roasted all beneath
his stare;
"I've come for blood!"
the dragon roared,
"thats six for them and
ten I've scored"
they'll rue the day...
(but now he's bored), so
off he goes back to his lair
he really needs to do... his hair.
