As I walk down these halls.
I see all these upset girls
Crying over some boy makeup
No longer in perfect swirls
I kinda feel mean as a
Smile stretches on my face
Girls should be confident
Independent filled with grace
Yet they all cry get upset over
A boy who no longer cares
They cry late at night
Holding on to their teddy bears
But I sit here happy laughing
Not thinking of the past
And how me and some
Stupid boy didn't last

Personally I am happy my ex is one of the cry'ers... she dumped me... It shows she really still does wish she could be with me. And I have been proving to her how good I am. She needs to come back to me.

Oh, beautiful piece you've written here. I think the last part could be a way of saying that, though she misses this guy...she has to get over it. The whole piece is about getting over a guy. Loved it. I think you'll do fine in this contest. Lovely rhythm.
