I wonder if the butterfly
Is happy when she's flittin’?
Perhaps it would be rare to find
She's happiest when sittin’!

hahaha ...
indeed, if our butterfly were a human being, she would certainly reflect over her preferences and judge the options accordingly ...
thanks god, animals are not dominated by the thinking mind and in this they are my greatest masters ...
I live with a bird who has taught me how to be fully present in each of my movements (otherwise I might step on her or hurt her otherwise, since she is flying around here in freedom) - and she also taught me how to find beauty in each and every situation ... in putting aside the judging mind and in being fully present to the gift of each moment ...
your poem is a joyful reminder for me ...
thank you so much,

marion

Did you know that butterflies taste with their feet? Loved the little verse. Good luck in the contest.
