Where Do We Find Peace Now

Trying to drift into peaceful slumber
my peace is broken by memories of you
you contemptible bastards
what gave you the right to steal youths innocence,

to destroy minds of future's happiness,

to spread grief and sorrow,

and to be burdened with these visions

that disrupt lives that were supposed to be

happy and free.

How could you suffer the children so meek and mild

I should have seen it in wide eyed pleading,

in quavering voices, and fearful tremblings

all the havoc you wreaked, it's still there

it'll never be erased, I now hear their cries

in my sleep, I envision the unimaginable

the animal in you that should be destroyed

I should have smelled their fear, felt their pain then,

because it is all of our pain now.

If I knew where you were now,

I would hunt you down right where you are

and cut your hearts out and spit in your faces

you deserve slaughtering like the pigs that you are.

Author notes

It's only labeled adult because it has one cuss word in it but because of those young people here, I wanted to do the right thing.

You have expressed your anguish as well as your anger and hatred for these contemptible butchers of innocence perfectly here. I would feel the exact same way.

Okay that's awesome. You can feel the anger in your words come out like a slap in the face. It's like... bam! take that, rapists!

    Good job and good luck!

    Once again, you amaze me.
I know from personal experience what molestation is like, it isn't a good feeling at all.. For me, it made me become extremely sheltered, it's made me hate being around people, I can't trust ANYONE even those who I want to trust so badly that it hurts.. i just can't.. people are sick.. I think anyone who's ever molested someone should be able to be murdered by the person/people of whom they hurt. This world has some sick people in it, unfortunately.

I don't blame you one bit. Your pain, suffering and anger are obvious in this one. I hope you find the peace and they the justice you both deserve.

    Sincerely,
    Leo Long

This is such a powerful write. Sounds like you sure have an axe to grind on this subject. Well penned indeed. I could feel your anger.
