Thanks To Everyone

My own personal gratitude for this sight is one of purpose, meaning and friendship
I came here looking for a poem to send, found something far better to mend my broken heart.

I discovered someplace special with special people and kindness
A place to express my feelings the chance to read what others felt.
Something to fill the emptiness a way to touch and be touched.
an opportunity to share some things I wrote, some over forty years ago.

Someplace to share wisdom and help others, a place to get advice and learn
to do something fulfilling with meaning a wonderful way to fill some of this old mans time.
People here share their talent and dreams, never has there been a gathering of nicer folks
We  all should become one voice and praise Kevin for bringing us all together.

    An excellent rendition of true thoughts regarding the essence of Allpoetry, a site that offers not just friendships, but more so, a vehicle to share your words, gain experience in others words and learn from each one read. Your write tells of the knowledge and wisdom shared worldwide, and of the comments recieved. You can sit at home on your pc, write a few lines, and before you know it, poeple and friends all around the globe have read and commented on them, now that is where the magic comes in on this amazing place. Well done on this write, and a huge thank you for entering.
