I saw him again
Though he was just a friend
My mind raced back to time and time again
The moments we had wrapped in each others arms
The feelings inside while lost in his charm
My heart then began to race as I looked in his eyes and saw my place
I thought of the moment we had our first kiss
And the feelings inside like a pure bliss
The whole world stops when I'm in his sight
When he wraps his arms around me and holds me tight
My heart will always beat for him
Though without him it beats a little slower
When he's near it races and shutters
I would give up everything just to be with him
He holds my heart in the palm of his hand
He knows how I feel and says he feels the same
The times just not right
Not yet to be with him
I'll wait for you and we can still be friends
Until the day that I can finally take your hand
After two long years of loving him
I know I still do and always will
And if the day comes that he should ask for me again
I'll gladly take his hand
For he was and still is my one and only love
Thats why we fit perfect hand in hand

This is so beautiful It reminds me of how I felt for the guy I liked since I was ten, nine years later though he was leaving me for another. Just make sure that you don't go out on a limb for him if you think that it might not work. I made the mistake of following him to college and I ended up alone. But things got better. When I was a kid I thought I would never find another love, but I did, and it is so much better.
