I spent my life looking for things
That I never wanted in the first place.
Of course I didn't find them,
So I was left with nothing.
I was lost, Wandering around in a void
Spiraling inside this cyclone of confusion-
And I was left alone.
Alone to watch,
To watch the world
Through closed doors and bolted windows.
Always on the outside looking in.
I was invisible.
I cried myself to sleep each night
Waiting for a savior.
Rotting inside my dispair.
Misery was my only companion.
Pain was all I knew.
Through the darkness
And depth of my agony.
You found me.
You picked me up
And became my savior.
I owe my life to you.
Thank you.
