should I call you
a friend or a mentor
or just an angel?
I haven't got a clue
but I do know
you're special
you truly want
to see me change
becaome a better person
you have taught me
how to laugh
what exactly to do
in a life and death situation
and much much more
but I know
you are watching over me
thinking of me
caring for me
always at the back of your mind
remember that day
I was looking at you
from behind
and you turned around
as if you knew
you never say harsh words
choose them very carefully
and you know
how to tackle a problem
but not always blaming me
trying to explain where I went wrong
sometimes, you do get angry
but then you never ignore me
but even if you do,
you atleast do it
with not that much disgust
that already makes me feel better
at the end of it all
I know we were meant to be

I love this poem so very very much! it totally reminds me of this one special friend i have in life! Every word that you've written here with feelings, describes exactly the way i feel about her! Perfect piece!
This was definitely very simple, yet the emotions were raw... and the love and care you show for this person is just so touching! the feeling pieced right through my heart! and i feel that's all that matters!

Thanks for the entry... however I didn't really enjoy this... it just wasn't deep or original. There wasn't much to set it apart from anything else I have read. There should be more imagery and expression of the passion you feel for them. But thank you for entering and following directions.

Angels look out for us in any time of need and share in their compassion for our souls. They are always here for us when we least expect itand carry out their deeds to make sure we are at our best. I ear often from my angel when i least expect it as they have a keen sense when we're having a good or bad day they do their blessings to make sure things are alright with us. Also it would help next time you write as every time when we write a poem AP has spell check many blessings always xxx
