Spelling Faith with "i" again

In space distance holds
years of light,
millions of millenia,
infinitely disturbed.

For that I come to the conclusion
that seclusion never lasts,
steadfast and unfolding
the road that's paved before me.

Will He return
when all order finally gives?
Could we take on the mission,
despite futility,
to understand;
Given the knowledge that sterility
is the cleanest death can get?

I tace my mind back to the center
if such a thing still exists
there must be something that I missed,
Hiding silently in the corners of the room.

And even as I run I remain at full rest.
a subtle, confusing stop-motion illusion
a careless stare into the depths,
the fall without an impact.

It never escapes me
that I re-enlighten myself
on what I already know;
On discussions of the divine
that travel through my spine
I shutter: proof of the damage done.
If scars are superficial
then the skin is sinking deeper.

What is left
When nothing's solved
is all that really matters.

I hold no rest this Sabbath
that leads to a faith that is sold with a book,
no instruction manual for the basis of my sentiment
so I begin with this:

Dear God,
  I Love You,
          Amen.

ah well that is an angle to look at the book, but faith is more than that, faith is hope which brings light into spirits, where there is hope for something more, something other there are smiles to be found
