Who's to woe my self pitty
I'm concious of my lack of exuberance
I barely shine though I try brilliantly
Though not pearl, nor fittet for her highness

I'm polished and buffed like many others
Inpecably inspected same and put on display
But I not gold or sapphire, not fitted for daughters
And for this I sit here while no other attention pays

Hooray! Finally, she alas is the special one
I but a rhinestone fit well in her diadem
In her eyes my value more than gold- I like none
Although she a child, for her I'll shine beautifully
For I will honor her care until our death
