My Darling Dear~

Missing image

Fluent as your spirited psalms
cantillating whispers capture
my heartbeat inhales your sing-alongs

with sapphire eyes of laughter

Auburn swirls shift beneath a breeze

shelter found by crystalline streams

graceful glances under oak trees

reflecting off windows of dreams

Cinnamon kisses you bestow

renewing vows with tasteful touch

my inspiration as we grow

dear darling I love you so much

What a lovely tribute of love to your wife, I can tell you love her so, and that is just wonderful...Your lovely imagery, beautiful rhyme, and flow added to that last line of endearment..That more men to proud to say it even privately, would, and publicly all the better! Yet another tribute to your beautiful princess. Inspiringly lovely. IMHO, I would make one change; the word "thy" does not fit the rest of the modern language of the poem. I think simply using "your" would keep the read smooth in both flow and era. I really admire the love you have for her.

    Love,
    Amera♥

Today is my husband's 58th birthday. He just gets better with age. This is very sweet. Isn't it wonderful to see a couple whose relationship had stood the stand of time. My very best to the two of you for many more years together. Hugs, Patricia

only you my dear and treasured [AP brother , friend and at times source of support and inspiration] could write such words and have them come across like you really mean them. I know you do and I wish you both the very best of the things that love can bring. Congratulations on your anniversary as well. It has been 20+ a couple years for me now....
