tell you how I
really have come to
hate you.
the things you do
and all of the things you dont
the choices you make
and the choices you wont
make up your mind,
because you cant have everything
and if you dont choose soon
you'll loose it all

think again because

It was just yesterday...
we were only little kids throwing mud and hopping fences, just because we could. Saying what we meant, exactly what's on our mind, not a thought for tomarrow, not a glance behind.
Somebody tell me, where did that time go? Before hearts could break, When "I don't know" didn't mean a mistake. When two kids could hang out and not have to worry about what everyone else said, what others might be thinking.
"You're my best friend, for always" never thought twice about that. But when words become weapons, and actions make war, whose side are you on, what do you stand for?
What ever happened to no strings attached?

Very Powerful
I read this the other nite and was just too tired to write a response, but was taken by the honesty as I am now. I'm not quite sure who the other principal player is, though I can guess-- it still doesn't matter. What does matter though is that it takes me back to that awkward yet sentimental stage of having a freshly awakened stage of adulthood come charging on out of seemingly nowhere and confronting old friends who seem to shift toward other fascinations and outlooks. I hope this makes sense. If not, I'll clarify before I scarify!

I (excepting rare and well-sited occasions) always write what's in my profile. It's my lazy way of mental spewing without posting on AP... usually rough and whatnot, but this one actually had literary value.
