untitled

How do I love thee
Let me count the days
Since you came into my life
In so many glorious ways

How do I want thee
softly in embrace
Holding oh so closely
Your breath upon my face

How do I need thee
More than you could know
How can I give of me
More than I can show

How do I love thee
With my heart and soul

The second line is very familiar, I don't see how this is the best poem i have ever written. I am not very found of the thee's and everything. Sure it is very sweet, but not what draws me into a poem. Thanks for entering.

Nice, and a sweetly honoring E.B. Browning.

Could maybe have something more to make it more original, but it is nice as it is. Thanks for entering.

This is like a breath of fresh air. So tender and sweet. It leaves one feeling like a soft wind has blown across the skin and left a warm feeling in the pit of your stomach and a glow on your face. Very nicely done.
