Dream Travel

Close your eyes, let us voyage now.
Travel with me, I’ll show you how.
Take my hand, you’re no longer blind.
Travel in dreams, open your mind.

An orange glow, over the sea.
Let your mind drift and follow me.
Be amazed at things you will find.
Travel in dreams, open your mind.

See the three peaks as they arise?
Out of the sea they touch the skies.
Magical worlds are so refined.
Travel in dreams, open your mind.

Feel lighter now, open your heart.
We’re on our way, you made a start.
Come with me leave sorrows behind.
Travel in dreams, open your mind.

Kyrielle

A Kyrielle is a French form of rhyming poetry written in quatrains (a stanza consisting of 4 lines), and each quatrain contains a repeating line or phrase as a refrain. Each line within the poem consists of only eight syllables. There is no limit to the amount of stanzas a Kyrielle may have, but three is considered the accepted minimum. Some popular rhyming schemes for a Kyrielle are: aabB, ccbB, ddbB, with B being the repeated line, or abaB, cbcB, dbdB.

    What a wonderfully structured freedom!

I find your work inspiring, lyrical, simply beautiful in its execution. To read you, is to dance in landscapes of serenity. Thank you for once again demonstrating the wonderment of refrain and repetition, giving this Kyrielle a special Amera touch.

    Love

I love the Kyrielle! It is the smoothest form with repetition. You have made this poetic form look easier than it is. Your work is breathtaking, and affords the reader an opportunity to be soothed as well as enchanted.

Brilliant work dear one. Your poetry is a vision of loveliness as you are. BEAUTIFUL! I wish you well in this comp. Although I don't think Luck plays into this musing at all.

    Much Love & Respect ♥
