Feeling inner peace
is a good thing.
Inner peace helps us
to feel calm down.
The Inner peace
makes us feels good
and we don't feel
stressed out or angry.
When we get angry
there isn't inner peace.
So we feel stressed out
and our body aches a little.
When we hear the rain
it is very peaceful to hear.
Rain helps to be calm.
Then we feel the peace.

I could really use some inner peace at times but it always comes later on after the "anger" has it's outburst lol.
