can only be described as true.
[the truth is you don't return the feelings]
You've never returned the feelings!
The dogs are out to get me.
They're biting at my dead hands.
She's the pack leader.
Giving all the commands.
I'm in love with a bitch.
Something goes wrong in your life,
you come crying to me.
[my arms are always open to you]
You let me flatter you
to make you feel better.
Then you walk off with your friends,
leaving me behind.
I've only been used!
[I've always been used]
The dogs are out to get me.
They're biting at my dead hands.
She's the pack leader.
Giving all the commands.
I'm in love with a bitch.
I had given you my whole heart.
[it was a big mistake]
I only wanted what made you happy.
In the end you threw my heart away.
[the trash can is so cold]
Do you know how much it hurts?
Of course you don't.
[You've never loved anyone]
The dogs are out to get me.
They're biting at my dead hands.
She's the pack leader.
Giving all the commands.
I'm in love with a bitch.
I finally did get the true feelings out of you.
[the truth is so bitter]
Yet the truth is better than a lie.
Now I have to play nice.
Or your friends will turn on me.
So take this bone as a gift,
so we can at least be friends.
The dogs are out to get me.
They're biting at my dead hands.
She's the pack leader.
Giving all the commands.
I'm in love with a bitch.
Author notes
Well, this is the second poem about an obvious event in my life. Really, this was just a poem to get some stuff off my chest.
I do love her, for anyone who cares. Even now, after she's destroyed me. The bit about her being a bitch, well, that wasn't my idea. A friend of mine called her a bitch when I told him what happened, and, well, I just used it to make the whole part about the dogs. If you didn't understand the symbolism there, it basically means that her friends are the dogs, or her friends. She could tell them anything bad about me, and they'd turn on me. So they're "biting at my hands", and she's "the pack leader". It was just my little spin on my friend calling her a bitch. Though in my opinion, she's an angel. But you didn't hear that from me

eeh. I hate girls like that. I made a promise to myself that I would never be that way, and so far I've kept it. I hate being a bitch to people.

She's not a bitch in my opinion. It's just hard, and I know you know that now. There are things that have made it worse, but that's only because I have other personal problems as well. It just fuckin sucks.

Well devin... I really wouldn't know what to say.
It's hard being there for you. When i live miles away.
Remember though, if you ever need to talk to me about anything (if you think i could help) then remember to call me. -

Yes, and the biggest problem I'm having now...well, you may possibly be the ONLY one who CAN help me. I don't trust anyone else right now. My fingers are over the numbered buttons of my phone, but I'm still debating if I truly need someone to talk to.
