Wordly Woe

White ants devour timbers of compassionate forests
supremacy survival; society slowly sinks,
eaten homes subside into gardens of decay.

Dans mon jardin de fruit
la vie continue,
et l’espoir a disparu.

a good use of alliteration here, aye if we tske our eyes off the ball in life then nature will quickly put us back amongst the leaves on the ground.
