Okay..This Poem Sucks.

The old man said from the dark corner of the room
“Kerri Canary Rocks My Socks”
the bartender said with some satisfaction
“Kerri Canary Rocks My Socks”
why even Vladimir Puten (before he passed beyond)
exclaimed with joyful ringing for all to hear
“Kerri Canary Rocks My Socks.”
Yes Kerri Got around, twas no small secret,
That her life ambition was to sleep her way through school,
And through her career in poetry.
She wrote poems and songs about her many exploitations
And everyone would know that some poor and lucky bastard
Was now sitting in his boxers in his home upon his couch,
Saying
“Kerri Canary Rocks My Socks”
So on it went day after day.
And Kerri wrote more poems and soon was on her way
To publishing her works in hardbound
Her book was certain to sell
For on the cover in large imposing print read the words
“Kerri Canary Will Rock Your Socks ”
her book was printed but it did not sell
but more copies where made and sat upon the shelves
of the desperate book shops who’s owners each night
Had their Socks Rocked off with Kerri Canary.
And though this poem really sucks
And most likely should be in rhyme to fully get across the point,
I'm afraid this feeble attempt is all I can come up with,
Because I just finished having my Socks Rocked by Kerri Canary.
