And I'm so sorry for everything.
I don't want it to be like this, us, our relationship.
I hate it when we fight.
The way you yell at me tears me apart inside.
[just like it does when I yell back]
the curse words you scream at me.
how harsh they sound piercing me with sharp edges.
The tears flow fast and heavy.
You know you did this to me.
I just don't know what to do,
I am completly lost.
Please sweetheart, help me with this terrible disaster,
before it is to late.

This is so sad. I'm sorry you're going through this and I hope everything becomes all unicorns and rainbows soon. Relationships are hard and when they're going bad, it just tears you apart.
