Cemetery in Spring

Gone the winters chill
and bare brooding chestnut trees.
Now, their candle covered branches sing of spring.
The stones tell Everyman`s story, carved with care,
encircled with primroses at their base.
No misty frost, haunting eerily in corners,
but dappled sunlight giving life to the scene.
A pleasant walk through lych gate
towards the church, with no sign of death
resting here, on this Spring day.

Those lines really represent the same idea that I got in my poem. And I love that. You really made it your own. It's short, but really epic in its theme of death. Love it!
