you certainly provide a vivid picture of how you are feeling... i know this feeling only too well... if you ever want to chat i'm here... you have written a very simplistic poem about how you are feeling and that is often the best way to get out your emotions.
the fact that you beg the reader to help you shows that you don't want to stay in this "fucked up" state which is really positive, you have to be 100% sure you want to change or you won't and you will just hang in there and think positive...i know this is easier said than done but just try!

I too am a little lost in my own life. I don't know if I can offer you any advice toward hitting that proverbial curve ball, but I can say stick through it, I've vowed to myself and my close personal friends that I'm not going anywhere. If all else fails.. at least make national news when you do it like that hack from West Virginia. Good luck.

Its a good poem, shows a lot of emotion... sometimes when life throws you a curve, you end up falling over the edge. Hope things get better for you soon!
