As we journey into a life unknown
We learn to live and live to learn
Not knowing what each day will bring
Days of happiness days of gloom
Just when we feel we got it all
We learn what do we really have?
We have our life, the love of our family
Then we loose a brother
Sadness, tears, and gloom
We pick ourselves up
We pray
Knowing that God will lite the way
Just as we have come to understand
We learn that we don't understand
A heart attach or a stroke
Lets us know that we understand nothing
We are lost
We are sad
We become ill ourselves
We pray
Trust in the thoughts that you know
Know that his plan is real
Know that his love is for ever

Beautiful poem! Has saddness, dispair and then hope.Great advice to pray is exactly what needs to be done. Loosing a loved one is not easy, but taking it to God helps ease the pain.
