Toxic lies spread like fertilizer,
as the venom sprays from your lips.
Like a parasite feeding on my trust,
you slowly drain me of any happiness.
Pain drips like acid from my heart's syringe,
and the moth inside me crumbles to dust.
Injecting morphine to stop the ache,
but endorphins slowly fade away.
Diamond laced promises force a coma,
and I am wrapped in a cocoon of doubt.
This eden I had thought was pure bliss,
has now left me numb, deaf, and blind.
