Crying Without Tears


A moan arises from deep inside
Pain unbearable ,sharp like a knife
Twisting and turning Breaking the heart


Memories flooding the mind
Shaking the head  praying they will depart
Aching with pain that doesnt go away


So all alone with the emptiness inside
Drowns out the joy as sadness fills the soul
Feelings flowing from the heart

Staring out into space
Crying while eyes are blinking
To hold back the tears
