Wanda's World

Wanda's world id full of pleasure

Glowing gardens holding hidden treasure

Whose affluent flowers of yellow and green

Have prosperous petals with scents so serene

Wanda's world is alive with emotion

Majestic mountains with graceful motions

Phosphorescent forests and a sapphire sea

Electric clouds afloat on a brisk blue breeze

Wanda's world is full of meadows

Fertile fields for reaping rainbows

Sparkling portals and strange orchestrations

Lost in a collage of their own creations

Scarlet moons rise in a kaleidoscope sky

An orange sunset paints a sensual sigh

Dreams for the denizen dance on high

Take her hand and she'll teach you to fly

Cause in this world where words sit supreme

Wanda {aka} Night Hope... hovers

As its reigning Queen

I so loved the singing quality of this poem...you've written a new song here, Nicholas and I'm sure her heart is humming along and echoing these rhymes. Her world is indeed full of pleasures and meadows, and alive with emotions - and of course poetry and light. A song fitting for the queen of poetry. A lovely, lovely tribute, my friend.

Aw, we all owe her dearly then, for your poetry has come to pinacles of great penning. This is precious, and true of her, for sure.

this is such a wonderful tribute to our friend wanda- i am sure that she loves every word of it- the only thing i'm not sure of if the moon about to drop on our poor wanda's head... that would be terrible
thank you so much for honoring
wanda with your talent and words.

Do not worry 'bout the moon falling on our Wanda, Mary. Think of it as her Halo! We can't have it hittin' her head and spillin' out all her wunnerful words. Right?
