the time has gone flying by
new experiences just around the corner
hoping this wont get any harder
i realize when i get there i cant be shy
learning how to do it on my own
its going to tough going it alone
my heart is racing,my hands fall asleep
keeping my goals in mind, i let fate take over
cause there is only 3 days till i leave for alfred state

No, I think this is great. I understand what you mean. I'm afraid of leaving for college too. I'll be doing it by myself, it's just a scary thought...you're right...so much has changed as time went on...I just hope i'm ready for the change. Great write.
